Primary Duties:
- Working with other senior accountants, managers, and partners on a variety of client engagements
- Directing the client service team and leveraging staff to ensure all auditing, tax, and accounting responsibilities are performed efficiently and in accordance with professional requirements
- Researching complex issues and providing solutions for our clients
- Reviewing work prepared by assistant senior and staff accountants and providing them with supervision, training, and mentorship
- Committing to becoming an expert in the niche industries in which you work and providing management advisory and consulting services

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Three or more years of experience at a CPA firm
- CPA licensure or plan to obtain certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency with ProSystem fx Tax and Caseware software applications
- Effective time management and communication skills, including the ability to work well with a team
- Exceptional client service skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, including the academic courses sufficient for meeting the requirements for certification as a CPA
