Logan D. Donahue

Logan Donahue, CPA, is a Senior Audit Manager with ARB who provides consulting and attest services to auto dealerships, construction and real estate companies, manufacturing companies, and employee benefit plans. She provides practical and efficient solutions while providing financial statements with the desired level of assurance.

Logan is experienced at managing audit, review, agreed upon procedures, and compilation engagements, as well as providing business advisory and consulting services. Her background includes operational reviews, acquisitions, business combinations, and other transaction-related services. As a trusted advisor, Logan enjoys helping clients navigate challenges while achieving their business objectives.

Logan started her career in public accounting in 2013 at a large global firm out of Boston and joined ARB in 2024. Her experience includes performing reviews and audits of public and private companies ranging from small tech start-ups to multinational corporations in healthcare, life sciences, retail, and manufacturing industries. Logan is passionate about developing the next generation of CPAs. She assists with teaching and developing internal training and leads the firm’s CPA Candidate Support Program.

Logan lives in Scarborough with her husband and children. When she’s not working, you’ll find her cheering from the sidelines at her children’s games, soaking up sunshine at the lake, or exploring the outdoors with her family.
