Meagan Pritchard, CPA, is a Tax Director with ARB who specializes in providing comprehensive tax consulting, planning and compliance, and advisory services to businesses, private clients and family offices, individuals, trusts, and foundations.

Meagan’s Private Client practice consists of affluent families and individuals, closely held business owners, and venture capital and private equity investors. She collaborates with family offices, attorneys, wealth advisors, and insurance specialists to facilitate solutions to complex family tax issues and provides sophisticated tax planning services. Meagan takes an active role with the families and helps bridge tax awareness and fiscal responsibility as younger generations become more involved in asset management.

As a member of the firm’s Auto Dealership team, Meagan actively engages with her clients in all aspects related to their accounting and tax needs, whether it involves tax planning, general day-to-day operations, or buying or selling their business.

Meagan Pritchard re-joined ARB in 2020 after initially starting with the firm out of college in 2009. Over the course of her career, she has worked in both public accounting and in the private sector. This combined experience gives her a unique perspective and insight as she works with various clients on their needs.

Meagan lives in Scarborough, Maine, with her husband and daughters. She enjoys the outdoors and anything active, such as hiking, biking, and golfing, to name a few. She also likes to be creative and enjoys decorating cakes for family and friends.
