Holly works extensively with corporations, partnerships, and LLCs on tax compliance and planning matters. Throughout her career, she has provided financial reporting consulting services, assisted with transactional accounting and consulting related to business acquisitions/sales, and analyzed implications and strategic implementation of new accounting standards. Holly regularly counsels our business clients on best practices within financial and consulting services.
Holly is actively involved in the credit union industry and specializes in helping credit unions with financial reporting, compliance, and mergers. Holly’s industry expertise includes comprehensive services including financial statement audits, supervisory committee audits, internal audits, Bank Secrecy Act independent testing, and consulting for mergers.
Holly specializes in financial reporting for nonprofits, including understanding the importance of internal controls and board/finance committee fiscal responsibilities. In addition, she is the firm’s designated Audit Quality Partner for its membership in the AICPA’s Government Audit Quality Center. She oversees nonprofit Single Audit compliance under the Uniform Guidance requirements.
As the Practice Leader for ARB’s Accounting and Attest Advisory Services Group, Holly is well-informed on accounting and attest needs and reporting requirements. She oversees ARB’s Quality Control Program over internal inspections and compliance with the AICPA quality control requirements and regularly educates ARB professionals on the changes and updates to accounting standards.
