Erika D. Gagne

Erika Gagne, CPA, is a Senior Manager at ARB who champions team development and client satisfaction, establishing herself as an invaluable resource and trusted advisor in the accounting field. She provides audit, accounting, and advisory services across diverse industries, including auto dealerships, commercial entities, and financial institutions.

With a background in financial management and compliance, Erika plays a pivotal role in client relations, creating tailored solutions that meet clients’ unique needs and regulatory requirements. Through her implementation of advanced audit and accounting training, integrating recent GAAP updates, she ensures clients have the advantage of financial services that maximize accuracy, compliance, and overall quality.

Erika began her accounting career as a college intern at ARB in 2013. Beyond client engagements, she is passionate about her role in onboarding new team members, helping the firm to maintain and grow our knowledgeable and dedicated team. She is a 2024 graduate of Top Gun ARB, the firm’s elite leadership and business development training intensive.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Maine’s trails, baking, and curling up with a good book. Erika lives in Freeport, Maine.
