The DOL has issued a couple of useful links on its website. The first is regarding posters required that must be hung in the workplace and any other places of business related to the Families First Act. The second is a frequently asked questions link regarding the posters and other important information about notifying employees of their rights and your obligations. Both of these links are extremely helpful with providing a little clarity around some of this. Please have someone at your business review them and make sure you’re in compliance.
