John E. Hadwen, CPA, joined ARB in 2021. A seasoned public accountant since 2008, he specializes in providing comprehensive tax consulting, planning, and compliance for businesses and their ownership groups. He has specific niche experience representing automotive dealerships, construction and real estate, and manufacturers.

Clients turn to John for his experience with complex tax situations and business structures. He works closely with them to achieve overall tax goals and objectives for the business and the owners, offering a technical but practical approach. He is experienced with overall tax planning, transaction assistance, and tax efficiency and minimization strategies, including entity choice and structure, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and sale transactions. He works with all business structures including S Corporations, C Corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

Bart works with dealerships to identify opportunities to improve systems and profitability using the ARB Dashboard, a custom-designed financial benchmarking tool. Using the Dashboard, Bart and the ARB Team are able to help dealership clients gain a clearer picture of their operational statistics, their profitability, and areas of opportunity.
In working with closely held businesses, Bart has developed a true understanding of the intricacies of navigating accounting and tax services for businesses with family dynamics. His expertise allows him to provide services of the highest degree that are beneficial for businesses and their shareholders, partners, members, and related ventures, trusts, and estates, alike.
Bart works extensively with corporations, partnerships, and LLCs on tax compliance and planning matters. He provides financial projections, cash flow and profitability analyses, due diligence and M&A services, along with process improvement, strategic planning, and many other services to ARB’s business clients.
