ARB Recruiting Programs
As the leader of the ARB Recruiting Program, Laura champions the firm’s recruiting program and ensures that ARB is introduced to the rising-stars of accounting from local colleges and universities and ensures we are working alongside experienced professionals of the highest caliber. Laura’s enthusiasm to share her positive ARB experience with recruits has her highly involved in the process, and has for most of her ARB career. Laura has implemented procedures that have streamlined the recruiting process for the ARB group and for new hires. Her efforts have expanded ARB’s exposure to local college and university talent and strengthened relationships with professors and career advisory departments. ARB is able to attend more on-site college recruiting events and has experienced many successful annual open houses under her direction. In 2019, Laura designed and led the firm’s first spring externship, Experience ARB. The successful two-day program is now set to be an annual occurrence for accounting majors to explore public accounting and the culture of ARB.
