SafeSend Returns Process for Individuals

Step 1: Receive Email 

  • Look for an email from Albin, Randall & Bennett at
  • Click on the safe link to access your tax return
  • Add this address to your safe list to prevent it from being categorized as spam or junk
  • Select “request access code,” then enter the access code you receive via email or text into the required field

Step 2: Review and Sign 

  • Review your completed tax return and any accompanying documents and letters
  • Answer the IRS identity verification questions to electronically sign your e-file authorization using SafeSend Returns

Step 3: Pay 

  • View and pay your estimated tax payments, see your federal and state tax liability, and download the payment vouchers to mail payments in with a check in the Make Payments section
  • Receive future payment reminders for upcoming payments

Step 4: Download 

  • Download a copy of your completed tax return to your computer for your records
