At Albin, Randall & Bennett (ARB), we are proud to be named one of Maine’s 2026 Best Places to Work, marking the 14th consecutive year we have earned this honor. There is even more to celebrate this year: for the first time, we have also been named one of the nation’s Best Places to Work for Women.

The Best Places to Work in Maine program, organized by the Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in partnership with the Best Companies Group, uses an established research methodology that provides actionable insights companies can use to improve employee recruitment and retention.
The Best Places to Work for Women program recognizes organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to equity, opportunity and professional growth for women. At ARB, women have held the managing principal role since 2006, helping shape a collaborative culture where people can thrive.
