Effective January 1, 2024, Albin, Randall & Bennett is pleased to announce the promotions of John E. Hadwen, CPA and Benjamin A. Lord, CPA, CCIFP, to Principals of the firm. Both professionals have made substantial contributions to the firm, and ARB is very excited to see what they accomplish in their new roles.
John E. Hadwen, CPA a seasoned public accountant since 2008, joined ARB in 2021. Specializing in tax consulting, planning, and compliance for businesses and ownership groups, he has notable expertise in automotive dealerships, construction, real estate, and manufacturing. Known for his adept handling of complex tax situations and business structures, clients value his technical yet practical approach. With a focus on overall tax planning, transaction assistance, and efficiency strategies including entity choice, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and sales. John collaborates closely with clients to achieve their tax goals and objectives.
Benjamin A. Lord, CPA, CCIFP, joined ARB in 2013. Ben specializes in providing consulting, tax, and accounting services to clients in the construction, real estate development, manufacturing, and distribution industries. He is also a leader in the Firm’s employee benefit plan audit group and has extensive experience with ESOPs, stock-based compensation, and complex equity structures. Ben began his career in public accounting in 2002. He also spent time as the Controller for a group of affiliated commercial real estate, hotel development and management companies. There he developed experience in private equity and development financing.
