ARB’s 2020 Holiday Community Project
While difficult for many, 2020 has disrupted life for some more drastically. This year, ARB teamed up with Freeport Community Services to take part in their Holiday Helpline, specifically their Adopt a Family program.
We were matched with a struggling family, and ARB had the opportunity to help share the joy of the holiday season by receiving a Christmas wish list from the family in need. As a firm, we were so excited to participate that we were able to not only tackle the wish list, but also provide some cozy clothes, stockings, and all the extra goodies that make Christmas special.
Freeport Community Services did such an excellent job that they were able to match donors with every family that applied! They had so many additional helpers that they were also able to put together baskets of gift cards for local establishments to give out, as well. ARB is grateful to have had the chance to work for such a wonderful cause and help make the holiday season merry and bright for the entire community.
